Shipping policy

At Mayra, we work to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh, with applicable delivery charges. We begin processing your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Charges:
• Inside Dhaka – 70 BDT
• Outside Dhaka – 130 BDT

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer support as early as possible. If you face any issues after receiving the product, notify customer support immediately and arrange a return (as per exchange policy).

Please note:
• Partial delivery or partial exchange is not allowed.
• Products purchased under discounts or special offers cannot be exchanged.
• Monetary refunds are not available.

আপনার অর্ডার দ্রুত এবং নিশ্চিন্তভাবে পৌঁছে দিতে Mayra সর্বদাই প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর আপনি একটি কনফার্মেশন কল পাবেন।

বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে সাধারণত ২ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়। অর্ডারটি ক্রয়ের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
• ঢাকার মধ্যে – ৭০ টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে – ১৩০ টাকা

কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে অনুগ্রহ করে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে যোগাযোগ করুন। প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর কোনো সমস্যা হলে সাথে সাথে কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে জানান এবং রিটার্নের ব্যবস্থা করুন (এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি অনুযায়ী)।

উল্লেখ্য:
• আংশিক ডেলিভারি বা আংশিক পরিবর্তন অনুমোদিত নয়।
• ছাড় বা বিশেষ অফারে কেনা পণ্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
• ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের বিনিময়ে কোনো আর্থিক রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয় না।
